Best thing I did on maternity leave with both children

I started training at buggy bootcamp shortly after my first child and I loved it. It’s for all abilities but gets you out the house, with the baby, making some time into concentrate on yourself. I made friends that outlasted NCT friends and that I still meet with regularly now after 4 years. And I got my fitness and figure back and took some time for me. Plus the little ones get out the house too which is good for them. I couldn’t recommend it enough, it’s honestly the only reason I’d consider a 3rd child (but it wasn’t quite good enough to convince me to do that!)

I first started Mk trainer after my second baby. He gave me a food plan, ingredients and a shopping list! Everything was tailored to my needs and ability. No session is the same so you can always feel motivated to go because you never know what you’re doing. Everyone who attends is so friendly and welcoming. The team have built a great fitness family. Mk trainer helped me and pushed me to get an even better body and fitness back pre baby :). Trail it and you won’t regret it.
